How To Perform Miracles

You may not think its possible for you to perform a miracle, but
believe me, you can. I believe everybody can.Let me explain : -

You probably have heard of Napoleon Hill. If you have not, let me
say a few things about him.He is the most famous Motivational/
self -help writer. You should try and read couple of his books like
'Think and Grow Rich' and 'How to perform your own miracle'.

In one of his books he starts the first chapter with the story of his
son's birth.His son was born without any ear.The doctor warned
him that the son though otherwise healthy, would not have any
hearing and hence would be dumb as well.

But Mr. Hill refused to accept this 'reality' and challenged the doctor
that his son would develop the ability to 'hear'.
Twenty five years later the same doctor was surprised to admit that
though this Mr.Hill junior had no sign of hearing organ in his body,
he could actually 'hear'sounds.which was ofcourse nothing short of a
miracle.

Giving Up Smoking

Let me give you some Free Tips first.
1.Write down the reasons you want to stop smoking.You know that you have far more
chances of succeeding at something when you write down that goal rather than just
make a mental note.Its a fact.Proven time and again.
2.Think of the money you will save in the process. If you smoke 20 a day, you
will save nearly £2000 a year.Rather than burning that money as smoke, imagine
what better things you could have for that money like having a holiday !
3.Be realistic. The early days are the hardest.You may struggle in the beginning.
But dont give up.Keep going.To achieve anything worthwhile, you need to put in
some effort.
4.Change your routine.Say you light up just after a meal.Change the timing.
Say to yourself, rather than lighting up staright after the meal, I will do that
15 minutes later.That would help your subconscious mind a great deal to
break the habit.
5.Enjoy the health benefits.Giving up smoking will improve your fitness,
your sense of taste and smell.You will enjoy your food better. Also people
will find you better smellling than before.
6.Dont try to stop when you are stressed.Get rid of the stress first.Then it
will be easier.
7.Even if you failed before, try again.Its called perseverance.In other aspects
of life you dont just give up after th efirst attempt; do you ?Same here.Remember,
few people succeed first time.So you are not unique.Keep trying.

How Much Does It Cost ?

Usually people phone up and ask how many sessions are required and
how much does a session cost. I will try and answer those questions
here : -
Usually you need about four to five sessions at weekly intervals.
If you have some idea about hypnosis and how it works, fine.Otherwise
I will explain few basic things about hypnosis on your first session.
The process starts with the first session (wheteher you
want to loose weight or stop smoking or want to get rid of some other
problem) but you need few more sessions to reinforce the suggestions
given on the first session.Thats why you need the follow up sessions.
But you can save money by just having the first session and then just
listen to the C.D I give you. The C.D contains all the suggestions required
and works just as good as having a normal session with me.
It is just a personal choice for you whether you want to listen to the C.D
or want to come and see me.Either way it is fine.
Now the cost.I hope you appreciate the importance of your goal
(loosing weight,giving up smoking or whatever it is).It will be
a major change in your life and for the better.Plus having the
therapy with me you will learn a very valuable skill which will
remain with you for the rest of your life and it will be very beneficial
and you can use the skill to solve a lot of other problems in your life.
Just for example if you go to a garage to get your car fixed, you
can expect to pay on average about £60/hour.
With hypnotherapy,
you are fixing a far more valuable thing than your car. It is your life
which you are improving.So would you agree that even £100/hour
would be a fair price to pay?Infact some hypnotherapists do charge
that sort of fee or even more.But since I work from home (so no
high office rent to pay and other overheads are less) I can
accept lower fee which benefits you.So I have set it at very reasonable
£65 a therapy session.Each session lasts about an hour but dont worry,
if it over runs the hour, I wont charge you any more.
If it seems too high to you then I really cant say much.You can look for
some one else who would be cheaper but be careful about the quality
of therapy you would recieve.
Infact I believe I have set a very affordable minimum price and some people
might think that my fee is too low.The reason I can do this is because I am
saving time by explaining things on line like this so that I can give more time
to actual therapy rather than having to explain things over the phone.

Busting Stress

Almost everyone is stressed nowadays.High flyers are stressed, office workers are stressed,teachers are stressed, police officers are stressed,teenagers are stressed,parents are stressed even doctors are stressed.
And stress manifests different sort of illnesses in people.Its causing a lot of misery in our lives and costing industry billions !
But it doesn't have to be that way.A little bit of stress is not too bad. But too much is definitely bad.One of the best way to get rid of it is self hypnosis.I don't know why more people do not use self hypnosis.A lack of awareness could be the reason.People do all sorts of things to get rid of it and spend a lot of money doing it. Often without result.
But I think self hypnosis can solve this apparently big problem in a relatively simple and inexpensive way.
I have not seen many hypnotherapists advertising teaching selfhypnosis either.
But I believe a lot of people can benefit from it and come out of unnecessary pain and suffering.

Self Image

Few years ago I read the book 'Psychocybernetics' by Dr.Maxwell Maltz. I found it very interesting and got some insight into the human mind.
Dr. Maltz was a plastic surgeon.Lot of people would come to him for say a 'Nose job' or a 'Boob job'.What Dr. Maltz noticed in a lot of cases (probably in most cases) that people coming in for those improvements in their physical appearances either had nothing wrong in their appearance to start with or say even after improvement with the help of the surgery, (backed by before and after photo ) the patients themselves did not or could not 'see' any improvement in their appearance.
That got Dr. Maltz to think.He theorised that if inspite of physical improvement, patients could not see it for themselves, then the fault could not have been 'physical'; It had to be mental.That is it was the patient's belief that there was something wrong with their nose/chin/eye/breast whatever.
Based on his research, he wrote the book and mentioned that its the persons 'self image ' that governs a lot of things in that persons life.( what they can or cannot do/be/have etc.)
He also mentions how one can change one's self image and in the process can do/be/have what was 'impossible' before.
This change has a lot to do with 'suggestions' which is similar to hypnotic suggestions.
I can see it all the time with different people.I believe this self image plays a big role in everybody's life and a person can transform their life by improving /changing their self image.

About Me

O.K, I have been writing about some of the things that can be done with the help of Hypnosis
but actually have not mentioned much about how would one go about contacting me if they
wanted help.So here it is :
I am based in Mill Hill in northwest London.It is almost at the hertfordshire border.
Surrounding areas include Hendon, Finchley, Golders Green,Edgware, Harrow,Barnet,Colindale
etc. I have had clients come and see me from all of these areas and even from Potters Bar in
hertfordshire.
I first passed my diploma in Clinical hypnosis from Newsouthwales School of Hypnotherapy
(In Austarlia) way back in 1980.
after coming to England I studied for another diploma with another College of Hypnotherapy
and sharpened and updated my skills by studying under another famous (TV Hypnotist) Hypnotherapist.
I have also studied NLP, Nosie therapy, Energy healing etc.
I also incorporate EFT (emotional freedom technique) in my therapy.
I am originally from Bangladesh and an avid reader.I read and study a lot about anything
connected with the human mind,ancient Indian healing science 'Ayurveda' etc.
In the next blog I will shed some light on the subject of' self image' and the important role
that plays in all of our lives.

Sexual Problems

It is more common than one might like to think.And mostly suffered by men.Since it's a taboo
thing, lot of people suffer in silence rather than doing anything about it.Since in most cultures
men are supposed to be the stronger sex and macho and supposed to perform well,it is a
matter of personal pride for most men.So if a man can not perform as expected, where does he go ? Or what does he do ? In most cases nowhere or nothing ! Reason ? Embarrassment.

Lot of people joke about it by casually saying something like 'I can go on for all of 30 seconds'!
But in real life it would'nt be a joke.If true ( and in a lot of cases it is !) imagine the frustration
in the mind of both the parties concerned !
There is no reason to suffer silently and build up frustration and stress.In most cases there is actually nothing physically wrong. ( so after you have been to the doctor and got it checked out and found that no physical problem exists ,what do you do ?)
If there is no physical reason, then it must be emotional and in some cases a matter of habit.(say it was like this last three times so next time you are anxious about it and as a result, fail to perform the next time as well. and so on and it becomes a habit.) So how do you break away from this vicious chain of failures ?
That's where hypnosis can come into effect and help you solve the problem.
There are also few exercise techniques which can strengthen you physically and there are
some ancient Indian techniques which I personally found to work instantly.
Also inspite of all these sexual revolution,so much openness,and so much literature available,
lot of men are still a bit ignorant of female sexuality and female sex organs and even how to arouse them properly.
Like do you know where the 'G' spot is or how many 'G' spots are there ?Do you know when
she is aroused or how to get her aroused?Do you know how to get her interested in you in the first place ?
